Today was a much better day. My mentor and friend Diana helped me regain my access to Facebook, and I have to say… While it bothers me how big a part of my life Facebook has become, and makes me resent Meta, I’m glad to be back. It’s a big relief, as I felt a severe disconnect and it was depressing.

I created a new page on Facebook for the rattery, and I am reestablishing my following and reconnecting with people in the rat community that I missed a great deal during the disconnect.

I’m rebuilding.

I also was able to resolve things with my daughter, over deciding to rehome the rats who are being adopted out soon. She is ok now, and not upset with me anymore, and that makes me feel immensely better.

I played with some babies today while Lexi and I checked in on them, and Peach’s babies are especially adorable now that they’re around 3 weeks old. Their eyer are open, and they’re becoming more and more curious and adventurous, making for neverending entertainment while watching them.

Check out these photos I took. The theme of the litter is Five Nights at Freddy’s.

Anyway, if you’re reading this, thank you for taking an interest, and I hope you had a great day!
